Grandma's Peach Crisp Recipe
Ingredients:
Filling:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
pinch of salt
6-8 peaches
Crumble Topping:
3 Tblsp. flour
3 Tblsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions:
Peel and slice peaches into a 9x13 pan.
Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Add to pan of peaches and stir.
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar and flour in a large bowl.
Add slices of cold butter and crumble with a fork.
Add crumble mixture over peaches.
bake@ 325 for 40 minutes.
Let it cool for 20 minutes.
For added color add: blueberries, cranberries, raisans
Serve with vanilla ice cream!
